Charter Capital Finance was founded by Michael Hart (MBA, BEc) in 2006.

Michael has over 30 years’ experience working in commercial, corporate and residential lending having developed his skills within the Banking environment in Australia and New Zealand.  He is also a Licensed Financial Adviser and Managing Partner of one of Adelaide’s leading Advice businesses, Halpin Wealth.  His broad skill set across both sides of a business or family’s balance sheet allows him to apply bigger picture thinking to a client scenario.  Michael is skilled in business succession planning and assisted many family businesses / farming enterprises to successfully execute a tailored plan for generational wealth transfer.
